Salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which will help to combat insulin resistance, lowering your risk factor for diabetes.In addition to that, it’ll also help increase brain health, boost your heart health, and may also help you better maintain your body weight.You’ll also be coating the fish with some olive oil, well-known to further help improve heart health and reduce harmful cholesterol levels in the body.The lemon in the recipe is also excellent for detoxification purposes and will help cleanse the body while keeping your pH level where it needs to be for optimal health.This recipe adds the delicious flavor of dill to salmon in a fast and easy dish that you can make on any busy weeknight evening.
